Executive Summary
TATA Crèche, Nursery and primary school, is a new school that is
involved in child care education at affordable price located in Osogbo,
Osun state.
We are in the business of providing primary education that will mould the
lives of children morally, socially, mentally and to be knowledgeable in all
sphere of life
The school is owned and managed by Dayo Adetiloye. He has over (15)
years teaching experience in primary and secondary education. He has
Bachelor of Education (B.ed) Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University.
We educate children between the ages of 6 months to 15 years on: reading,

writing, skill acquisition (making of beets, snacks, painting, drawing, craft,
etc.) We provide services that will mould the lives of children morally,
socially and mentally.
We forecasted a 40% market share. With introduction of N10,000,000, The

business will generate a very high gross margin and a modest net margin
after year three years and comfortable margin after year five. By year five
the business will have developed a respectable yearly net profit.
1. Introduction
The number one priority of every parent is to send their children to school
to acquire knowledge from infancy, and school fees for these children take
more than 20% of what parents are working for, depending on the number
of children you have. This has led to the booming of private school
business in Nigeria.
Nursery and primary private school business in Nigeria has become more
profitable these days than ever before due to the number of children that
are born every day. With such increase in the number of children born
yearly- comes the need for more Nursery and Private schools that will cater
for them, and the need for even more will continue over time.
In those days, a single government or missionary owned primary school in

a community would be just enough to cater for the children of the entire
community. The, there was no need for private nursery and primary
schools. Today, the story has changed- no single primary or nursery school
would be able to take care of the entire kids in a community, especially in
urban places like Lagos and Abuja.
It has also become general perception that the standard of education in

private owned and managed schools are higher compared to that of the ill-
equipped and badly maintained government owned school.
Sending ones children to public schools is equally regards as evidence of

poverty. Therefore, every parent struggle to send their children to any
available private school, it doesn’t matter if that one is even worse than the
public school as it is called ‘Private School’. These general trends has
combine to make investment into Nursery and Primary school a
worthwhile investment.

TATA Crèche, Nursery and primary school Is a school for educating young
minds (children) that will stand out anywhere anytime especially among
their peers. Children that will grow up to become better leaders in their
country and the world at large. We provide child care education at
affordable fee through crèche, nursery and primary school education at
Osogbo, Osun state.
It is a school run on commercial basis.
The business is a new. We started with lesson that now graduated into a
school. The school will be registered with corporate Affairs commission of
Nigeria (CAC).
