Job Summary:
Heading the Cash Division strategic functions for the company and support strategic
business initiatives by working with Regional Managers to Plan, develop and implement
policies, processes and programs including Business Planning, Manpower planning,
Marketing, Sales, Security, Safety and Risk Management Planning, Business, Contracts,
Performance and Customer Relationship Management and preparing annual budget in
compliance with company policy.

Develop, recommend and implement cash business operations, plans and procedures to
enhance Business growth, Services Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Employee productivity,
and Customer wellbeing.
Assess & Coordinate the efforts of expanding the business and explore new business
Areas.
Responsible /accountable for all the needs, occurrences, development process, sales
targets, Client Relations, Quality Service, smooth conduct of Operations and financial
viability of contracts.
Liaise with other Divisional Heads and their Representatives and provide advice and
feedback where needed.
Managing the business of the CIT Division profitably, efficiently and cost effectively, by
maximising the use of existing resources and improving business practices through
developing/implementing new agreed techniques and ideas.
Maintains up-to-date information regarding applicable legislation for the security industry
affecting the companys and branch operations and ensures legal compliance of all the
companys operations work.
Ensures that all applicable insurance, licensees, permits, registrations, certificates etc
pertaining to the law affecting the branch and/or operations department and staff are in
place, current, relevant and renewed in advance on a timely basis.

Develop and maintain effective organizational structure and Human Resources by focusing
on staff retention & keeping turnover to minimum.

Supervise Annual Performance Appraisal activity, analyse Training Needs, plan and
coordinate employee training & development programs.

Supervise preparation and allocation of annual budgets for entire CIT division.

Check, analyse and organize management information reports of CIT business and report
the same to COO or as directed.

Coordinate with Regional Managers to ensure overall best practices throughout the CIT
Division and enhance effective controls.

Monitor the performance of Regional Managers / Branch Managers and provide appraisals
on annual basis.
