DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES


Opens the bar according to the bar opening checklist & do
the thorough inventory of all the beverages.
Performs the necessary preparations in their assigned area
prior to opening Bar such as displaying the bottles,
glassware, napkins, decoration, refilling the chillers, taking
thorough inventory of all the beverages.
Ensure all preparation is done prior to starting shift.

Serves customers in a friendly and helpful manner.


Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers,
or automatic debits.
Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to
customers.
Can make many different kind of cocktails & have good
production knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic
beverages.
Identifying good or bad drinks & techniques for making
cocktails & garnishing.
Held responsible for complying with standard methods &
procedure such as conduct, etiquette, dress code, serving
techniques & complete familiarity with the menu & any
subsequent day to day changes.
Offers suggestions if requested, record the desired
selections from guests & turn in the order for preparation &
prepare the back up tables with such supplements.
Checks the cleanliness of the Bar, equipment & having
awareness about the beverage store and place the
beverage order through FMC.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES


Prepare tables for meals, including the complete set up of linens, silverware and
glassware.
Perform light food preparation duties including bread, salad preparation, appetizers and
desert presentation.
Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and
beverage menus, how menu items are prepared, the ingredients used and the different
cooking methods.
Inform customers of daily specials.
Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guest.
Serve food and beverage to guests.
Receive guest payments and process transactions.
Clear and clean tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards.
Complete side duties as required including, polishing silverware, restaurant set up, and
filling condiments.
Keep dining room and service stations sanitized and tidy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.


Makes bed.
Dusts the room and furniture.
Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
Cleans the bathroom.
Cleans the closet.
Vacuums and racks the carpet.
Checks and secures the rooms.
Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards
Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super
cleaning etc.) as required.
Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor.
Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.

Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Pick up of dirty linen from the pantry and deliver dirty linen to the laundry.
Collect clean linen from the laundry and distribute the linen in the pantries.
Attend to guest requests such as iron and iron boards, dental kits, etc.
Delivery and pick up of extra beds to the rooms.
Pick up of guest supplies from the general stores and placing them within
Housekeeping.
Pick up of water bottles from the general stores and placing them in the pantries.
Report to Supervisor of any items in need of maintenance.
Report to Linen Supervisor for any misuse of Food & Beverage linen and uniforms.
Ensure a clean and tidy linen room at all times.
Carry out special duties that are assigned by Superiors.
