Mother's Day Brunch in The Stone House

Includes fresh baked blueberry muffins, assorted Danish pastries,


cranberry orange bread, dried cherry fritters, and assorted Racine Kringle.

Beef Popover tenderloin tips, onions, and mushroom, in a rich brown sauce, served in a popover with
rice.

Kielbasa & Potato Pancakes grilled Polish sausage, served on potato pancakes, with onion,
gruyere cheese, sour cream, and fresh apple sauce.

Goat Cheese Frittata spinach, red peppers, red onions, and black olives in an open face omelet,
topped with asparagus and goat cheese cream sauce, with fried potatoes

Strawberry Mascarpone Crepes delicate crepes with strawberry jam, whipped Mascarpone
cream and fresh strawberries, served with chicken and apple sausage.

Nueske Smoked Pork Chop ten ounce applewood smoked pork chop with maple mustard sauce,
served with fried potatoes and fried apples .

Cheddar & Brocoli Quiche with smoky ground Black Forest Ham crust topped with cheddar
cheese sauce with side of asparagus and fried apples.

Mushroom Crepes blend of exotic mushrooms sautéed with garlic, leeks, and onions, with Madeira
