MY ANALYSIS
Establishing classroom routines is important because
Routines are the backbone of daily classroom life. It facilitates teaching and learning. Its
not only made our life easier but also save classroom valuable time. Efficient routines make it
easier for pupils to learn and achieve more. When these routines and procedures are carefully
taught, modeled and established in the classroom, children know what is expected to them and
how certain things on their own does. Having these predictable patterns in place allow teachers
to spend more time in meaningful instruction.
Have the guided instruction where it gives me opportunity to know what my students can
do through anecdotal assessment.
Have assessment to find out what students have learned.
Have closure to sum up what the students understand about the lesson presented.
I am fully convinced that I must be fully prepared before I teach to ensure that there is
learning taking place all the time.
