    Dear Srila Acharya Maharaj,
    Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Sri Sri Guru and
    Gauranga!
    It is a great fortune for us here in the Philippines to be able to participate in
    celebrating the most auspicious Sri Vyasa-puja day, your divine
    appearance day which is being celebrated by devotees and well-wishers
    worldwide.
    Though we say we wish to greet you a prosperous and happy appearance
    day, actually on the contrary it is you who is bestowing upon us your kind
    blessings and mercy, yasya prasadad bhagavat-prasado yasyaprasadan na gatih
    kuto pi, without your grace we will not be able to achieve Krsna. It is us
    who is being favored, being benefitted by your presence from within and
    without. We cannot offer you anything that has real value except our free
    will to serve. Therefore it is our ardent prayers that the mercy of our Sri
    Gurudevas rain upon us so that we could really substantially serve you,
    not by mere words of flowery phrase but real indulgence with sweat on
    our face.
    With straw between our teeth, may I offer this prayer in behalf of the
    Filipino devotees as our profound reverence to your lotus feet which is the

    asraya vigraha of the suffering souls of this world. You are our only guide,
    shield and refuge.

    I am offering my respectful obeisances to Sri Bhakti Nirmal Acharya
    Maharajah who is the representation of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu who
    can deliver all souls to the lotus feet of Lord Sri Krsna. I am thanking my
    gurudeva for giving me a chance to serve under his spiritual guidance. I
    was once lost in the loving service of bhakti yoga. And He rescued me from
    the clutches of Maya. All glories to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga.
