    Note 1.2

    For those projects with mutiple client representation, or foreign reviewers, the client should clearly define
    by name the designated responsabilities of the various representatives especially as to:
    -who is reviewing documents
    -by discipline or by document type
    -the signature authority of each reviewer
    -the time alloted for each review
    -project distribution responsibilities to the client representatives
    Any special review requirement such as several discipline documents, or documents type that must be
    reviewed similtaneously

    The project document management will include the required client reviews in the appropriate document
    distribution matrices
