Communication skills involve many steps and skills such as listening

skill, presentation skill and know what should says , understanding,
Clarification steps. Lets start with clarification basicly.
Communication is everywhere because people need to communicate
with each other to understand.I thought communication is the most
useful skill because of the fact that almost all people live in a society
and always we share information . Sometimes we share by writing,
listening, speaking . For example, If a person explain her/himself
correctly , other people can understand and think about his/her
opinion. Likewise, people who wants to be successful need a chance
to clarify opinions which belong critics people who decide the priority
decisions in professional life.

speaking is the most effective skill in my point of view. And I agree

with a sentence which is speech is the power. Skill of speaking
contribute to convince with people who can be your director, office
partner or classmate.Speaking has many influences on people and
communication. For example, politicians get good salary and they are
part of management of government and they just speak. millions of
people believe politicians speech.

Communication is the process by which we exchange
information between individuals or groups of people. It is a
process where we try as clearly and accurately as we can, to
convey our thoughts, intentions and objectives.The best
communicators inspire and motivate people, help them to take
effective action, and remove obstacles to their understanding.
Unfortunately, many business people find it hard to

success. Listening is an essential skill. For example, I ypu do not

not understand what she/he wants to explain or asks? Sometimes

Good listening builds a rapport and understanding with the
speaker and allows them to freely express their views. It
motivates them to say more.Poor listening makes assumptions,
creates resistance and hostility, demotivates the speaker,
inhibits their development and creates dependence on the
listener. There are some steps, These reflect back what the
speaker is saying in other words to clarify understanding: you
paraphrase and repeat back key points.They may summarise
and bring new interpretations to the speakers words.They show
you're listening carefully and checks you are understanding
correctly what they are saying allowing the speaker to confirm
or correct your feedback.
