Project in Vision Plus System:

I. Cards System migration from ASPAC to ASPAC Retrofit system. (Jan 08-
June 08)

Decription:

In this conversion project, We are migrating all the data from existing ASPAC to ASPAC
Retrofit system. As part of Asia Retrofit Project, ECS+ System of Western Europe
Commercial Cards version migrated to Asia Pacific region. Both systems have its own
formats and process to meet business requirements in respective regions. Data will be
converted from Asia Pacific format to Western Europe format.ECS+ application has
different type of files like Control files, Master Files & Data files and all these files will be
converted if required into Western Europe format.
As Part of ECS + files conversion, Account structure of Asia pacific will be converted into
WE version. A new AMRM number is defined for each corporate customers.In existing
ASPAC system, there is no corporate group number. So in Retrofit system we are
assigning a new relationship number to all customers and the existing relationship
number is converted to corporate group number. This enables System to have separate
group relation ship record for each corporate and this corporate number propagated to
account level and relation ship which is not available in current Asia Version.
The new AMBS,AMED and AMNA will have the fields initialized as it happens during
the relationship creation as in the NAS creation.

Delivery

Roles:
 Handled Direct Debit, TRAMS, Downstream File Delivery module in ECS+
system for ASPAC Retrofit Conversion.
 Supporting Direct Debit & TRAMS module by executing the functionality and
base test case.

Responsibilities:

 Analyze the Requirement & Functional Specifications from BRD.


 Participated in test Plan Preparation and test plan Review meetings.
 Creating and executing test cases based on business rules and Functional
requirements
 Responsible for creating test Data.
 Creating test Scripts and executed for Functional testing.
 Updating the test suite based on release change requirements and review
meetings.
 Bug tracking and Reporting on EOD as well as on Weekly basis.
II. Global Helpdesk Support for all live Production Issues.
After the successfulconversion from ASPAC to ASPAC Retrofit and EMEA
PRIME to ECS+. We provided 24/7 helpdesk support to the system. If any user or
business finds any difficulties or issues. They rose with us and we immediately
interact with them and provide the solution if it is understanding issue else we
will take to ITO (developer) and make them to resolved it. This really helps me to
gain overall knowledge about the ECS+ system functionalities.

Roles:

 Handling all production issues for both WE and ASPAC region.


 Raising IR (Info man Request) for Production System Issues.
 Following up with the ITO, makes them to resolve it.
 Raising N W O for new change in the system.
 Testing the new work order and providing signoff in UAT & PROD.

Responsibilities:

 Writing & executing Test Cases.


 Participated in test case review meetings.
 Involved in manual testing process.
 Bug Tracking & reporting through MS-Excel (Predefined Template)

III. New County Launch for ASPAC & CEEMEA Region. (From 16th Jan-30th
April)
For Release 2009 ASPAC business needs to add three more country along
with six existing countries and also they required to implement the ECS+ system
to CEEMEA region too for the six countries. And I am the part of it handling Direct
Debit module

Roles:

1 Studying the BRDs and FS document


2 Filling up the Track sheet as per the new enhancement for the 2009 release in
TRAMS
3 Attending Conference calls with ITO and Business to discuss about the track
sheets.

Responsibilities:

 Writing & executing Base Test Cases and Test Scripts.


 To get the approvals from Business for the Test cases and Scripts.
 Participated in test case review meetings.
1 Involved in manual testing process
2 Align the Test cases as Test directory format and load it in to it for execution.
3 Preparing INCTF (Base II/Presentment File) and local association files based
on the test case scenarios.
4 After the batch checking whether the transactions got hit the system.
5 Checking the batch information in trams.
6 Checking exception transactions in trams.
7 Maintaining parameters in trams.

Association Testing & Vendor Testing:

CHIP Migration (EMV Migration) & Alternate Vendor Testing. (From May09 –
July09)
Business/client needs to convert all existing Magnetic stripe cards to Chip cards in
an uploaded file format.

Pin Vendor Testing: During the EMV migration, I have successfully tested the Pin
mailer file testing.
