    2013-Present Attending Family Medicine Physician, Riverside Medical Group, Bourbonnais IL


    Outpatient full breadth family medicine clinic with >1,000 patient panel. Provided annual exams (both pediatrics
    and adult), well woman exams and management of chronic health issues. Performed minor in office procedures
    including skin lesion biopsies, IUD/implantable birth control and minor suturing. Collaborated and mentored
    Nurse Practitioners along with providing supervision to medical students completing their outpatient rotations.

    Responsibilities included scheduling of core rotations for 21 residents, organization of Fall and Spring retreats and
    acting as a intermediary between residents and faculty. Also functioned as a "Junior Attending" by mentoring both
    residents and medical students, planning hands on workshops and organizing lectures, participating in monthly
    faculty meetings, and monitoring residents to identify need for remediation.
