When at the join the diameter is thicker because there are more force acting at joint. As can see also
the support lift to help the jacket lifted to be assemble before boggey lift it and transport it to the
barge.

PLET : process hydrocarbon for subsea facilities

The OD of the legs are vary but the ID is the same throughout the whole legs.
The riser diameter for gas is larger than oil.
