Actually, the student is recommended to read any and all books on the subject and particular topic
discussed

The student is required to read all the cases (local, foreign, or international) cited in Justice Cruzs and
Justice Nachuras books, at least in digest form. However, the cases (and articles) listed here are required to
be read in their original, complete form. The cases are available online. The articles are available at the
SLG office; the student may get it from there directly or may be e-mailed upon request.
