    MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

    ACCUSED, assisted by the undersigned counsel, unto this


    Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges that:

    1. The accused has been charged with Violation of Section 2 in


    relation to Sec. 14, 1st phrase of RA 6539 otherwise known as
    the ANTI-CARNAPPING ACT OF 1972

    2. Consequently, a Warrant of Arrest was issued against


    accused and the bail for his provisional liberty has been set
    at ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 180,000.00)

    3. Accused desires to post the required bail but due to financial


    constraints considering that he is jobless and is only
    depending upon his family, he can only raise the amount of
    NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P 90,000.00)

    WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most


    respectfully prayed that Accused be allowed to post his bail bond
    a reduced CASH BOND in the amount of NINETY THOUSAND
    PESOS (P 90,000.00)
    Other reliefs just and equitable in the premises are
    likewise sought.
