I. Executive Summary:
Investing in our youth is a crucial task of Bagac National High School way back from its
early existence to present, with time bound preparation for the future. As a result, the institution
has produced individuals successfully taken their walk-of life.
This can be traced through the vision and mission of school emphasizing the efficiency and
effectively, enclosed in the Three (3) consecutive Calendar Year of the School Improvement Plan
which creates holistic administrative guidance and pathway in all endeavors for the
administrator, teachers, parents, students and stakeholders, realizing a clear view of the
objectives and targets necessary for the betterment of the school.
The Enhanced School Improvement Plan is designed based on the needs of the school,
prioritizing and identifying the aim of the productivity on the students and maximizing the
school resources to ensure that the quality of service is rendered. This plan makes a transparent
avenue for an effective use and implementation in a progressive manner of every stakeholder to
see and be to reap whatever has been nurtured.
II. Introduction:
The Bagac Municipal High School emerged exclusively for secondary students with a
new vision and mission set for the entire clientele-community. Several hundred or even
thousands of professionals working both domestic and outside the country had been produced.
To account the legacy of the school, she now stood as her official name Bagac National High
School consisting of 21 teachers and 11 staffs headed by Mrs. Jenelyn E.Sibayan.
This is a never-ending commitment of the institution for the past four decades and 6 years
which is worth dedicated with sympathy and passion, education for all regardless of social
stratification guided by relevant approach and time bound objectives.
Problems and Issues:
1. Curriculum
a. Low achievement level in Math, English, and Araling Panlipunan subject
areas based on NAT result of 2013 2014.
b. Decrease in enrollment.
c. Poor standing in Division Contests.
d. Undesirable behavior of some students in the school campus.
e. Undernourishment which would affect the growth and performance of
some identified students.
2. Staff Management
a. More comprehensive trainings for teachers and staff in the local and
national levels based on their field of specialization.
3. Resource Management
a. Secure other funds or sources to provide and maintain school facilities and
other needs of school such as infrastructure projects, program and training
for teachers and staff.
4. Learning Environment
Establishing more school facilities to ensure quality education such as:
The overall vision of the Department of Education (DepEd) postulated in the DepEd
Order No. 39, s. 2010 which operates under the principle of One Vision, One Mission,
Common Values, Common Goals, and Different Strategies.
VISION:
We dream of Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose values and
competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to
building the nation.
As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education
continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.

1. Enrollment
1. There is a minimal increases of enrollment on the three (3) consecutive school year
beginning 2013 to 2015.
2. Most parents prefers to send their children male children to public school, while few of
their female children are sent to private school.
3. The minimal growth of enrollment can be attributed:
a. Low population growth rate
b. Barely poor family income due to lack of livelihood program infected.

At the end of the school year 2015 2016 of 62 number of textbooks in science.
However, in English subject grade 7 and 8 are not given textbooks through the year. A
shortage of 145 books for Grade 7 in Mathematics. Teachers used to facilitates learning
through soft copy of modules. Also Grade 8 learners were not able to provide a desired
number of 1:1 student-book ratio due to its in availability.

Bagac National High School Parang caters Junior High School since 1968.
At present, has three (3) sections for Grade -7, four (4) sections in Grade- 8, three (3) for Grade
-9 and another three (3) sections in Grade -10. Technology and Home Economics offers various
skills in specializations such as ICT, Cookery, Beauty Care and Crop Production.
