As School ISO Internal Quality Auditor(IQA) Deputy you are hereby expected to perform the duties
and responsibilities required of your designation and such other related function as may be assigned to you
including the following:

A. Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirements;


B. Assist the Chairperson in the conduct quarterly School audit inspection;
C. Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules;
D. Participate in quality audits of the team of quality auditors;
E. Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify
opportunities for improvement;
F. Assist audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed
G. Assist with follow-up audits, as required; and
H. May be required to develop internal auditing/testing parameters.

(LRMDS) COORDINATOR

and Development System (LRMDS) Coordinator of Punta Integrated School effective immediately in

As LRMDS Coordinator you are hereby expected to perform the duties and responsibilities required
of your designation and such other related function as may be assigned to you including the following:

A. Prepare, consolidate and submit accurate and updated LRMDS reports;


B. Maintain smooth communication with the Division LRMDS Team on the implementation of the LRMDS
policies, guidelines, and standards;
C. Lead in the distribution and utilization of learning resources in the schools and/or districts;
D. Keep and update database of inventories of text-based and non-text-based learning resources in all
grade levels and subject areas within the school and/or district levels;
E. Attend, participate actively and update his/her concerned School Head/PSDS in all Division LRMDS
meetings, seminars, and other related activities;
F. Lead in the establishment, proper utilization and maintenance of School Libraries and Learning
Resource Centers;
G. Lead in advocating and assisting all teaching and non-teaching personnel in the school and district
on how to responsibly access the DepED Learning Resource Portal, the Schools Division Repository
of Digital Resources and the LRMDS Social Media Sites;
H. Provide technical assistance to co-teachers in the development, production and storage of learning
resources;
I. Organize the School and/or District LRMDS Content Developers Team which includes: Creative
Writers, Illustrators, Layout Artists, Graphic Artists, Photographers, Animators, Video-Editors and
Learning Resource Evaluators/Quality Assurance Team;
J. Perform other LRMDS-related tasks.

It is expected that your duties and responsibilities as LRMDS Coordinator be assumed accordingly and
shall do so for a period of three years or until such time that this designation assigned to you is otherwise
revoked.

DESIGNATION OF SCHOOL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT (DRRM)


COORDINATOR

In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as the School DRRM Coordinator of
Punta Integrated School effective immediately in addition to your regular teaching loads.
As School DRRM Coordinator you are hereby expected to perform the duties and responsibilities
required of your designation and such other related function as may be assigned to you including the following:

A. Identify, assess and manage the hazards and risks that may occur in the school;
B. Communicate about those hazards and risks, their nature, effects, early warning signs and
countermeasures;
C. Identify and implement cost-effective risk reduction measures or strategies;
D. Take all necessary steps on an ongoing basis to maintain, provide or arrange the provision of trained
and competent personnel for effective and efficient disaster risk management in their areas of
jurisdiction;
E. Respond to and manage the adverse effects of emergencies in their area of jurisdictions;
F. Carry out recovery activities;
G. Promote and raise public awareness of and compliance with policies and directives issued by the
Chairman of DRRMO relative to disaster risk management;
H. Develop, approve, implement and monitor School Disaster Risk Management Plans and regularly
review and test the plan consistent with other national and local planning programs;
I. Establish linkage and network with other local government units for disaster risk reduction and
emergency response purposes;
J. Formulate, prepare and issue Orders, Memoranda and Issuances consistent with the requirements
of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC);
K. Integrate risk reduction into school development plans, programs and budgets as a strategy in schools’
sustainable development and improvement plans;
L. Establish an operating facility to be known as the School Disaster Operations Center; and
M. Prepare and submit to the Division Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, damage and needs
assessment reports; and
N. Include as part of the School Improvement Plan disaster risk reduction measures to ensure safety,
and security of all teaching, non-teaching and school children.
It is expected that your duties and responsibilities as School DRRM Coordinator be assumed
accordingly and shall do so for a period of three years or until such time that this designation assigned to you
is otherwise revoked.

As Learner Information System (LIS) and Enhanced Basic Education Information System (E-
BEIS) Coordinator you are hereby expected to perform the duties and responsibilities required of your
designation and such other related function as may be assigned to you including the following:

A. Shall issue the user accounts to all homeroom advisers and shall give them appropriate access
rights to their specific homeroom sections;
B. Shall ensure that the homeroom advisers shall update all required learners’ data for Beginning of
School Year (BOSY);
C. Shall update and submit all required school data for BOSY in the EBEIS;
D. Shall ensure that the basis of the homeroom advisers in enrolling their learners into their section
must be the School Form 1 (School Register);
E. Shall see to it that the homeroom adviser had registered transferees from private schools and Balik
Aral learners who were enrolled in public schools in the previous years but do not have any LRNs
yet after ensuring a thorough search in the system has been conducted
F. Shall check the learner’s supporting documents (without LRNs) to the SDO, through the division
Planning Officer III.

It is expected that your duties and responsibilities as Learner Information System (LIS) and Enhanced
Basic Education Information System (E-BEIS) Coordinator be assumed accordingly and shall do so for
a period of three years or until such time that this designation assigned to you is otherwise revoked.

DESIGNATION OF SCHOOL GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) COORDINATOR

TO: MR. RICO A. HERRERO


Teacher I

In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as the Gender and Development
Coordinator (GAD) Coordinator of Punta Integrated School effective immediately in addition to your
regular teaching loads.
As Gender and Development Coordinator (GAD) Coordinator you are hereby expected to perform
the duties and responsibilities required of your designation and such other related function as may be
assigned to you including the following:

A. Lead in the gender mainstreaming in policies, plans and programs projects and activities (PPAs)
and in the assessment of gender-responsiveness of systems, structures, policies, procedures and
programs based on priority thrusts, needs and concerns of DepEd for its stakeholders, particularly
students, teachers and employees;
B. Analyze programs and projects using the Harmonized GAD Guidelines for Programs and Projects to
determine their gender sensitivity;
C. Recommend formulation/revision of policies in advancing women’s status and child protection;
D. Lead in the review and updating of sex-disaggregated data for GAD database to serve as basis in
performance-based gender responsive planning;
E. Implement advocacy activities, including the development of information, education and
communication materials to ensure consciousness-building and generating support for GAD;
F. Identify gender issues arising from gender analysis and audit to serve as basis for determining
PPAs in the GAD Plan;
G. Prepare GAD plans and budgets and accomplishment reports and ensure their timely submission to
the Division GAD Focal Point Person.
H. Ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the GAD Plan and PPAs and the judicious
utilization of the GAD budget;
I. Recommend awards, recognition and other incentives (including performance-based bonus (PBB)
to outstanding institutional GAD programs, activities and projects for GAD Focal Point members and
other personnel/teachers;
J. Build and strengthen partnership with all GAD Focal Point Persons in the Department, the Philippine
Commission on Women (PCW), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA),
Department of Budget and Management (DBM), GAD-non-government organizations (NGOs) and
other partners; and
K. Coordinate GAD efforts of all offices/units.
It is expected that your duties and responsibilities as Gender and Development Coordinator (GAD)
