Introduction

increasing their profitability. However, this has since changed. Currently, the management of
businesses focus not only on enhancing their profitability but also on developing and
implementing strategies that strengthen the current and future position in the market. One of
the businesses that have gone through tremendous transformation in response to changes in
the corporate world is Manchester United Football Club (MUFC). Speaking from this
