1 Master Setting
This Module used for Master setting as basic information needed for system;
containing Employment Group, Position Classification, Status Classification,
Benefit Type, Bank Master, Exchange Rate Master, etc.
2 Employment Information
This module used for Maintain Employment Data; containing Employment Master, Bank
Account Information, Family Listing, Employment Education and Employment Skill,
Promotion and Mutation, Jamsostek (BPJS) Information, and Personnel Tax Information,
also Basic Salary (Input)
3 Attendance Control
This function used to control attendance, overtime and also leave
data; containing Business Calendar, Working Time Setting (possible
sets by group or personal), Daily Attendance Entry (also support
interface with finger print device), and Leave Application
4 Loan Control
This function used to control Loan, Payment and also Balance Report; containing Loan
Application, Loan Approval, Payment Schedule, and Loan Balance Report.
5 Medical Claim Control
This function used to control Medical; containing Hospital Master,
Annual Claim Limit Setting, Medical Claim Application and Medical
Claim Inquiry.
6 Bonus & THR Calculation
This function used to calculate Bonus & THR; containing Bonus
Calculation Setting, THR Setting, and Bonus & THR Calculation.
7 Payroll & Tax Calculation
This function used to calculate Payroll and Tax; containing Payroll and Tax Process by
Group and by Personnel, also Display Payroll Process Inquiry
8 Payroll & Tax Report
This function used to display and print Payroll and Tax Calculation result; containing
Payment Slip, Tax Report, Jamsostek (BPJS) Report, also Bank Transfer List data.

System Maintenance
For support, we provide what we called Quality Assurance (QA) that

provides you with an assurance that your system will run smoothly.
With QA you will receive the following benefits:

o On-line support
o Support is provided via fax/ telephone calls
o Free development support for 5 days (include on site support)
o Database performance & integrity check during visit
However, the QA excludes the following:

o Hardware failure
o Virus attack
o Human error
o System modification
o New function (development)
Free QA will be given for the first three months with 2 days a month visit,
starting from the installation date; thereafter, you have the option to
purchase the yearly QA. The yearly QA is 25% of the Project Price.
