1. Tell me about yourself.

Im an outgoing person who loves to meet new people and work hard to accomplish my
goals. Im responsible, patient and follow orders but Im also good at leading.
2. Tell me about your dream job.

My dream job is to become an English teacher. Id like to teach en different parts of the
world, especially in South America. Once I have traveled to different countries, I would like
to teach in my hometown to help my community raise professionals that one day will do the
same or better than me.
3. Describe your management style.

I like to be very organized. I set myself short term goals that I can accomplish in a day or a
week to get used to it, so when I set a long term goal I know what to do to accomplish it.
4. How do you handle criticism?

I handle criticism with patience because there might be something Im doing wrong and I
might have to change it. Also try to analyze the criticism because it can be positive criticism
that will help me become a better person.
5. What do you think about thee last company you worked for?
I think it was a very positive experience for me because it taught me many different things I
didnt know. It helped me improve in areas I wasnt as strong and sharpen skills I already
had. Overall it was a great learning experience.
6. Do you have any questions for me?

Yes, I would like to know the work schedule and salary. Also I would like to know if you offer
life insurance and health insurance. I need to know these things to see whether this is the
right job for me or not.
7. Why do you think you will be successful at this job?

I believe I will be successful in this job because I am very prepared to tackle all tasks this
job can throw at me. Also I can easily adapt myself to any work environment and learn
things I dont know at a fast pace.
8. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

5 years from now I see myself fulfilling my dream of traveling around the world doing what I
love most witch is teaching and meeting new people. Sharing my knowledge with people
just as eager as I am about learning new things and learning from these people as well.
9. What do you look for in a manager or boss?

In a manager I look for a father or mother like figure that takes their job seriously but can be
understanding when needed as well. They have to be willing to learn from me just as much
as they are willing to teach me. A person full of knowledge but humble at the same time.
10. Will you put the interests of the organization ahead of your own?
For the most part I will because when I decided to take on this position I was assuming all
responsibilities that came with it. And that means making sure things get done in the
organization even if I have to spend some of my time off to see that it gets done. But Im
sure that the organization is going to respect my decision if I have something important to
do.
11. What motivates you to do your best while working?

My family is my motivation. Knowing that Im making them proud of what Ive accomplished
fuels me to work hard to become a positive influence and a role model for them to follow.
Also god motivates me because he blesses me with the health and strength I need to keep
moving forward.
12. What is more important, the money or the work?

I think the work is more important because without the work there is no money.
13. How will you compensate your lack of experience?

I will compensate my lack of experience with dedication and hard work. Im willing to
sacrifice time to learn the things I dont know to become an important part of this
organization.
14. What irritates you about co-workers?

The only thing that irritates me about my co-worker is the importance and seriousness they
give the job. They have to be as passionate as me about our job and not bring personal
problems creating conflict between each other.
15. What would you rather do follow or lead?

I definitely would rather lead than follow. But to become a great leader you have to know
how to follow first.
16. Are you a team player?

Yes I am. I can be an important part of a team because I am responsible and can take on
any challenge with a can do attitude.
17. How long would you work for us?

Im looking forward to working with this organization as long as possible. Just as long as I
feel comfortable with my boss, coworkers and working environment.
18. What do coworkers say about you?

As far as Im concerned all Ive heard my coworkers say about me are positive things like
that Im a hard worker, honest, responsible and very friendly.
19. Why have you been unemployed for so long?

I havent looked for a job for a long time because I was preparing myself studying to obtain
a degree for the career I wanted to pursue witch is teaching. Now that Ive done that Im
ready to take the next step to fulfilling my dream.
20. Why should we hire you?

You should hire me because Im the right person for the job. I have many different skills and
traits that qualify me as the best choice for this position. I have the experience and
motivation necessary for the job.
21. What are your strength?
Some of my strengths consist of a positive attitude, Im a great leader, I can solve problems
easily, Im honest, hard working, friendly, social, responsible but most importantly I am
someone you can count on.
22. Why did you leave your last job?
I resigned from my last job because I felt that it was time to move on to another chapter in
my life. I was ready to pursue my dream and felt I had gained enough experience from that
job.
23. What are your weaknesses?

As a human being Im aware I have weaknesses. One of my weaknesses is that I dont like
to lose, also I tend to lie about how I feel about someone to avoid conflict.
24. What is your philosophy towards work?

I believe work is the root of success. If you are willing to work hard enough you can achieve
anything you want. Your success is measured only by how bad you really want it and how
hard you are willing to work for it.
25. Do you consider yourself successful?

I consider myself in the right path for success. I dont consider myself successful yet
because I havent achieved all of my goals. But in a way I am successful because I
accomplish short term goals to ultimately achieve my dream.
