Purpose:
To ensure customer Quality related requirements are reviewed and work performance is executed as
per the planned methods to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

 Responsible to review project based technical and quality requirements


 Responsible to ensure work has been carried out as per Project Quality & HSE requirements.
 Responsible for preparation of project specific quality control check lists/ method statement
 Responsible to raise IRs and verification of status of submitted IRs
 Responsible to take action on NCR’s raised by Main contractor / Consultant.
 Responsible for analysis & reporting of non conformity at site level.
 Responsible for coordinate / conducting site based training (OJT) programs.
 Responsible to represent company during technical reviews and clarification
 Responsible to conduct internal audits and review the findings with PM/GM.
 Responsible of preparation and submission of handing over documents
 Responsible to represent company during reviews meetings and clarification

Duties : ( The task performed while discharging responsibilities)

 Verification of project specification and work identify technical requirements


 Preparation of project specific method statements, inspection and test plan.
 Conduct contract reviews and preparation of submittal documents and clarification handling
 Coordinate with site execution and planning team for project execution
 Record the status of non-conformance and action details of assigned projects
 Develop method statements , compliance report and ITPs
 Conduct internal audit to meet QHSE requirements and prepare audit reports.
 Issue non conformity report on various non conformities identified during audits for corrective
action and follow up for its effective implementation.
 Review customers complaints and ensure closure of complaints
 Regular visit to site work and ensure work is executed against specification and method
statement

 Prepare QHSE observation report and record all the nonconformities identified/ resolved
status area wise identified during site tour
 Attend planning /coordination meetings to address the issues related to quality of product
requirements
 Participate in initial kick off meeting and prepare documentation accordingly
 Consultation, participation and communication of requirements related to projects
 Report QHSE compliance to the top management during site audits
 Prepare and submit handing over documents

The above mentioned duties and responsibilities are subject to change were the additional
responsibilities can be added based on the changes in scope of work, structure and size time to
time to meet with organizational objectives.
