    Condemning in the Strongest Sense the Death of Freshman Law Student
    Horacio Tomas Castillo III and Directing the Appropriate Senate
    Committees to Conduct an Investigation, In Aid of Legislation, To Hold
    Accountable Those Responsible for this Senseless Act"
