the development of goals and strategies for addressing personal and institutional risk factors in attrition.
§ Managed the retention system (DATATEL Retention Alert), including the identification of "at risk" students,
application of intervention strategies drawn from departments throughout the university, and maintenance of a
database on student persistence and satisfaction in relationship to internal benchmarks and national standards.
