    Sub:- Quotation for Fire Alarm Systems

    Al Ramadi Est appreciates the interest shown by Saudia in seeking its services in Fire
    Alarm Panel Correction and Re Configuration Work.

    As per the site visit by our engineer , It is found that all the cards on the FACP needs
    reconfiguration as 2 cards are displaying extra devices and another 2 cards are showing
    as short circuit . There is need for a complete test of each card along with the continuity,
    functionality and addressability test of all the fire alarm devices.

    To make the system in normal condition we need to reprogramme and also we might
    need to change the cards and some devices.
    The quotation for the above work will be 16800 SAR
    Note: Rewiring or Replacing of any devices or any cards in the FACP will be charged
    extra.

    Terms of Contract
    1 The quotation is valid for 30 days
    2 60% down payment upon signing of contract
    3 30% upon re-programing.
    4 10% upon Testing and Commissioning
