    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    WE, APOLINARIO L. RAZON JR., of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
    Molave St. Buhangin, Davao City and EDUARDO T. CARPIO, of legal age, Filipino,
    married, and a resident of Phase 5, Lot 3, Laverna Hills Subdivision, Buhangin, Davao
    City, by these presents, do hereby name, appoint and constitute PEDRO R. FERNANDEZ,
    of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Sta. Maria, Nabunturan, Compostela
    Valley Province, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, to do and perform the
    following:

    1. To claim and withdraw for and in our behalf, our monthly salaries,
    allowances and others receivables for the year 2018 at Provincial Treasurer's Office
    (PTO), Capitol Bldg., Ground Floor, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley;

    2. To make, sign, and execute any instrument in relation to the transaction;

    3. To receive the proceeds thereof in cash and/or check with the power and
    authority to encash the same in any bank or financial institution.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING to our Attorney-in-Fact power and authority


    to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary to be done in the
    premises, hereby retifying and confirming all that our Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or
    cause to be by virtue of these presents.
