    DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, CECILIA SOLIMAN LAMSEN married to ALONZO LAMSEN, of legal age, Filipinos, and
    residents of San Rafael Homesite, Tarlac City hereinafter reffered as VENDORS;

    And
    I, JEFFREY C. TUGADE married to JOY G. TUGADE, of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of
    Blk. 6 Tarvet Homesite San Rafael, Tarlac City hereinafter reffered as VENDEES;

    That the VENDORS are true and registered owners of a certain parcel of land including
    all the improvement thereon more particularly described as follows:

    Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2014000511

    “A parcel of land (Lot 5, Block 1 of the Consolidation Subdivision


    plan (LRA) Pcs-9351 approved as non-subdivision project, being a
    portion of the consolidation of Lot 3-B-2-F, (LRC) Pcs-5706, L.R.C.
    RECORD NO. 15048), situated in Barangay San Rafael, Tarlac City,
    xxx containing an area of THREE HUNDRED ONE (301) SQUARE
    METERS, more or less.”

    Is registered in accordance with the provision of the Property Registration Decree in the name of

    OWNER: CECILIA SOLIMAN, OF LEGAL AGE, FILIPINO, SINGLE


    ADDRESS: SAN RAFAEL, TARLAC CITY, TARLAC, PHILIPPINES

    That the VENDORS agree to sell the said property to the VENDEES under the following
    conditions:

    1. That the VENDEES shall pay as purchase price the amount of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND
    PESOS (₱600,000) ONLY;

    2. That the VENDORS agree to execute the final Deed of Absolute Sale upon arrival of the
    Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Application and the remaining balance (if any) shall be settled
    upon release of loan proceeds from HDMF of the VENDEES.
