A phenomenon in which the atmosphere of a planet traps radiation emitted by
its sun, caused by gases such as carbon dioxide, water vapor, and methane that
allow incoming sunlight to pass through but retain heat radiated back from
the planet's surface

Spent nuclear fuel occasionally called used nuclear fuel, is nuclear fuel that has been
irradiated in a nuclear reactor (usually at a nuclear power plant). It is no longer useful in
sustaining a nuclear reaction in an ordinary thermal reactor
A steam generator is a form of low water-content boiler, similar to a flash steam boiler. The
usual construction is as a spiral coil of water-tube, arranged as a single, or monotube, coil.
The narrow-tube construction, without any large-diameter drums or tanks, means that they are
safe from the effects of explosion,[note 1] even if worked at high pressures.[2] The pump flowrate
is adjustable, according to the quantity of steam required at that time. The burner output is
throttled to maintain a constant working temperature. The burner output required varies
according to the quantity of water being evaporated: this can be either adjusted by open-loop
control according to the pump throughput, or by a closed-loop control to maintain the
measured temperature.
By-product(nus-proizvod):
1. Something produced in the making of something else.
2. A secondary result; a side effect.
penstock - regulator consisting of a valve or gate that controls the rate of water flow through
a sluice
Intake- the opening through which fluid enters a duct or channel, esp the air inlet of a jet
engine
Steam generator: a large apparatus for converting hot water into steam at high pressure and often
with supplementary coils to superheat the steam
Condenser
2. an apparatus for condensing, esp. for reducing gases or vapors to liquid or solid form
. (Chemistry) engineering a vessel designed for containing substances, reactions, etc, at pressures
above atmospheric pressure
