KOCHKLEEN® UC-A MEMBRANE CLEANER

Powder, Nonionic Surfactant Membrane Cleaner – Phenol-Free Formula

DESCRIPTION KOCHKLEEN UC-A membrane cleaner is a specially formulated, nonionic surfactant


commonly used to dissolve heavy oil and non-living organic foulants.

COMPATIBLE Ultrafiltration (UF) and microfiltration (MF) membranes.

APPLICATIONS KOCHKLEEN UC-A membrane cleaner is commonly used in industrial wastewater, anodic (E-
Coat paint), latex and PVA in–process applications. Other applications include food, dairy and
beverage processes.

KOCHKLEEN® UC-A MEMBRANE CLEANER

USE • For typical cleaning-in-place (CIP) applications, use 1.0% (w/w) KOCHKLEEN UC-A
INSTRUCTIONS membrane cleaner.
• For anodic paints, use 2.0% (w/w) KOCHKLEEN UC-A membrane cleaner along with
10% (v/v) KOCHKLEEN 620 membrane cleaner.
• Circulate as required and recommended by KMS.
• Always consult the membrane manufacturer for specific procedures.
