TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Motivated educator who passionately pursues teaching excellence by placing students at the centre of the learning process.
Student centred core values guide authentic assessments, motivating students to engage with 21st century competencies to help
realize their full potential and cultivate a passion for lifelong learning. Ensuring success by empowering each student to be a
self-regulated learner, to develop critical thinking skills, and to seek out innovative research methodologies to achieve learning
goals. Engaging in self-reflective practice to constantly pursue a higher degree of pedagogical achievement and individualized
student success.
