Curug Lawe is a tourism spot in Semarang. This spot is becoming a trending topic recently
due to its beauty.
Curug Lawe is located in Kalisidi village, Gunung Pati, Semarang. It is located in the
west part of Mount Ungaran’s slope. The distance from Semarang city is about 12 km or 7
km from Ungaran city park. Curug Lawe is close to another waterfall called Curug Benowo. .
To reach Lawe Waterfall, visitors have to go on foot for about 40 minutes to 1 hour from the
parking area.
When visitors have reached the spot, all the tiredness will be gone because of the beauty
of the place. The panorama is stunning. It is hilly with a lot of tall trees. The air is cool and
refreshing. The water falling from the hills like thousands of white string, that’s why the
place is called Curug Lawe.

Last weekend, we visited Banaran Coffee. It is a resort in our town. I went there with my
brothers, my mother and my friends, Balqis and Anjani. We left the house at about ten in the
morning. My brother drove the car. He drove it fast. Soon we arrived at the resort. We were
so excited to see the beauty of the resort. First, we had a coffee plantation trip on a mini train.
We went up and down the hill. From the hill we could see the beauty of the Rawa Pening or
Pening lake. Then, we flew high on the flying fox. At first I was afraid to fall, but my
brothers told me that the string was strong enough to hold me. After that, we had lunch on the
top of the hill. It was a lot of fun. My friends and I played on the swing while waiting for our
meal.

The Arabian Oryx, sometimes called the desert Antelope, is a type of antelope that lives only
on the Arabian Peninsula. They can be found in Kuwait, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Oman,
Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Jordan. They can also be found in Egypt and Syria.
Arabian Oryx have adapted themselves for dessert environments. Their fur is white
because white reflects the sun and helps them stay cool. They also have wide feet that help
them stay on top of the sand, rather than sinking in.
Finding food and water is difficult in desert. To find new sources of food and water,
Arabian Oryx move around a lot. Some scientists say that Arabian Oryx seem to know where
to find the source of water even if it is far away. Arabian Oryx can walk a long way without
drinking water. They are herbivores, meaning that they only eat plants like grass, roots, and
tubers.
