Initiate proactive and intentional advising with students to discuss individual challenges, develop unique

Monitor student academic progress toward graduation
Provide students with on- and off-campus resources to be successful, develop effective time
management system so student can plan accordingly
Design, implement, schedule and coordinate new student orientation for Criminal Justice students
