M/S PACE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES is engaged in offering services in the field of
recruitment & training to different companies, organizations & individuals.
The Terms & Conditions of our services are as follows.
A. The customer shall express requirements of personnel in writing on their letterhead giving complete
details of job profile such as age group, educational qualifications, experience, job location and
remuneration offered for which the services of PMCS is sought.
On receipt of all the requirements in detail, PMCS will reconfirm the same and provide candidature
within the required time as agreed upon, after a detailed scrutiny.
On receipt of the candidature profiles, the customer will ensure within 4 days the confirmation of short
listed candidature and the future assessment whatsoever in this regard.
B. PMCS will offer candidates within the required time limit as per the requirements defined and if
needed will also head hunt for the exact candidature.
Although headhunting will be an additional service offered only on the request from the customer
towards whom all such expenses are to be borne by the customer. (These actual expenses shall be
reimbursed against separate bill raised by us whenever applicable and does not form a part of the
normal services charges.)
C. On successful appointment of all such candidate/s provided by us, our service charges will be

Upto Asst.Manger Level @ 8.33 %
Manager to AVP Level @ 10.50 %
VP & above @ 12.50 %
of the gross annual emoluments. (Gross annual emoluments for this purpose include basic salary, all
other monthly and annual allowances and perquisites in cash and/or kind such as company car &
accommodation which is payable to the selected candidates.)
Service tax, as applicable, will be added on the gross bill.
On the selection of the candidate/s so provided by us, the customer shall confirm in writing the gross
annual emoluments as defined above against which the bill will be raised.
D. All such payment should be made in the name of PACE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES,
Payable at Mumbai within 10 days of the receipt of the bill. The bill will be raised on the date of joining
of the candidate/s.
If any tax is to be deducted at the source from the raised bill, the customer shall issue Form 16A within
one month fourteen days as per IT rules or at the time of payment or provide TDS Certificate within
stipulated time.
E. PMCS is not bound or liable conditionally or otherwise any time to provide candidature, if unable to do
so.
F. In case the selected candidate leaves your organization on his own accord within three months of
joining the services of the organization, we will provide you free replacement for the said position.
G. PMCS reserves all rights to change or delete any of the above-mentioned terms & conditions from time
to time if necessary.
H. Both the parties will undertake to confirm that all information & data supplied during the course of our
association will be treated as confidential and proprietary by us and will not be disclosed to any third
party without our prior written approval.
