    PROCESS AFTER THE FINAL DEFENSE


    * Get the adviser's consultation form and panel compliance form from (Research Coordinator)
    * Revise the paper for panel approval
    * Go to RC when the panel has approved your paper and get your personalized Code Number for plagiarism test
    * Email to RC ([email protected]) the paper (only the title, abstract and chapters 1 to 5 in one file). Use your Code
    Number as SUBJECT.
    * Proceed to Editor for final editing when your plagiarism rating is 20% or less.
    If not, revise the paper and then email to RC again
    * After editing, present the edited manuscript together with the unedited version to RC for verification and final checking
    * If verified, then email to RC ([email protected]) for OFFICIAL PRINTING at the CAE Office
    * Get (and pay) for the printed copy of the manuscript for binding (hard-bound)
    * After binding, present the 2 hard-bound copies of the thesis to RC
