COURSE OBJECTIVES:
1. To define and understand the importance of Telecommunication standards, Regulation,
Network structures and National telecommunications network.
2. Evaluate and Analyze different transmission systems.
3. Understand Apply telecommunication traffic, Erlang’s last call system and queuing systems,
application to call center switching systems.
4. Understand evaluate time switch, space switch, packet switching software.
5. Application of CCITT common channel signaling no. 7 to intelligent network.
6. To analyze, create maintenance utilities in digital exchanges.
