    Through or study during 5 days in the organization we have found that, the working
    culture and the decision making process is strong and the employees are given more importance
    all the departmental managers are efficient enough and are highly competitive

    5.3 SUGGESTIONS

    1 The company should get listed under stock exchange


    2 The employees need customized corporate training
    3 Career opportunity to be provided for the employees

    The main motto of the CHLORIDE METALS LTD is to recycle the waste batteries and
    save the environment hazardous substance like lead particles CML is strive continuously for the
    improvement of the products, services and also the quality Assurance to their customers to
    increase their credit ability in the field of lead manufacturing industries. CML has highly
    qualified and technical departments heads, which have specialized in advanced field of the
    mechanical design and production technology etc… CML has established good network all over
    India it has created good reputation among the local companies and in the local area by its social
    activities towards the community
