    CONFIRMATION
    Attention: Claudio Boyd Ferrando

    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (TWO YEARS CONTRACT)

    We have in file, your resume, and application, after the evaluation of the whole document, we found
    you qualified to work with our team. We are pleased to offer you employment with us at Mortenson
    Construction on the terms and conditions set out in this letter.

    Details of your remuneration and entitlements are as follows:

    Hence, we seek to employ your services as Project Architect

    1. BASIC NETSALARY:

    You will receive USD 13, 500.00 (Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred United States Dollar) Monthly.
    Funds can be transferred to any Bank designated by you and this must be in conformity with the
    present tax situation of the country.

    2. ALLOWANCE/ENTITLEMENTS:

    Hazard/Inconvenience USD 400.00(Monthly)


    Car maintenance USD 600.00 (Monthly)
    House & Furnishing: USD 5000.00 (Yearly)
    Entertainment & Recreation: USD 400.00 (Monthly)
    Travel & Event: USD 450.00 (Monthly)

    3. PAID LEAVE PERIOD /TRAVEL:


    All employees are entitled to 3 months paid leave for the period of 2 years contract which can be
    taken once in a year. All employees will receive USD 5,805.00 take home for each leave period. All
    employees are also entitled to free Accommodation, Food and Flight ticket.

    4. MEDICAL EXPENSES:
    Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract and
    follow on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
    5. OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER:

    Computer resources: Laptop Computers, 2.5 GHz Processor, 4GB RAM, 24XDVD WRITER, 250GB
    Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and
    necessary software, full time internet access is also made available.

    6. ACCOMMODATION (2 BEDROOM):

    We have a cozy 2 bedroom property for you, the Apartment have two bathrooms one with the master
    bedroom. It has a spacious Kitchen with a very good fridge, new microwave, stove, new dishwasher,
    and washer/dryer unit in large storage room. Located on the top floor with a private lift directly into
    the apartment, you have spectacular 360 panoramic views overlooking the city. Amazing open plan
    dining and entertaining area with Media wall, the bedrooms are carpeted to the highest standard
    throughout and already furnished.

    7. VISA PROCUREMENT:

    Please Read ALL the information carefully BEFORE attempting to sign appointment with us. The
    Management of Mortenson Construction will refer you to the US Immigration here in USA, So that they
    can assist you in process of your visa. KINDLY NOTE that the visa is the only payment that you will
    shoulder and it will be refunded back to you upon your arrival.

    8. ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

    Recreation/Sports facilities shall also be made available at the disposal with no expenses to be
    incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning services will also be made available to all workers by the
    company’s laundry and dry cleaning unit.

    Your entitlement for leave and other fringe benefits will be in accordance with rules and
    regulations of the institution as may be released from time to time.

    If this offer is acceptable to you, please signify your acceptance by signing at the foot of the
    attached duplicate copy of this letter and return it to us, otherwise the offer will be regarded as
    having lapsed.
