I am most happy when: I’m learning new things/I’m I think I’m in a calm state/ I feel I have the
time in the world/ I am able to accomplish something then succeed.
I feel embarrassed when: I did something that is not acceptable to people/ I would wonder
around despite having a lot to do because/ I could not hold the promise I made.
I think negative thoughts about myself when: I had done something bad/ I made mistakes/ I see
myself unfit or useless/ People would bully me.
I am very shy and insecure when people would call me on stage or in front of the class.
I feel bad about myself when I misguided or misgave an advice for people/ I made mistakes
which I promised to my friend no to.
I think positively about my life and my future when I would feel myself satisfied with what I
have/ I carefully plan about my goals and future tasks
I am ready when I am sure about my abilities/ I am committed to my decisions/ I am certain or
sure
I feel disappointed about myself when I would realize that I’m procrastinating/ I forgot what to
do next/ My brain doesn’t allow me to think very well.
I think negatively about other people when I couldn’t tolerate their behavior/ they are not
thinking rationally/ they love intimidating other people/ I see that they are being abusive or superior to
others
