    The manufacturing process of
    continuous casting product Aluminium
    Rod, starts with melting the aluminium
    billets in furnace. The liquid aluminium
    is taken into a stilling furnace to provide
    stability of flow of liquid aluminium and
    casting continuouty. After this stage the
    liquid aluminium is cooled on casting
    wheel and aluminium bar is forced into
    rolling machine to shape the 9,50 mm
    and 12 mm aluminum rod wire. After
    such quality controls like checking the
    diameter, resistivity, strength and shape
    of rod, the baskets and coils are taken
    into stock area.
    Nominal Diameter ± 0.5 mm 9.50 12.00 mm The rod wire having diameter of 9,50
    Linear Mass 191 305 kg/km mm and 12 mm are produced according
    Standard ASTM B 233 to international standards and packaged
    both in 1 - 2 tons tight coiled on pallets
    Guranteed Chemical Composition % and 3 - 4 tons loose coiled in baskets
    according to customer requirements.
