Dear Nikita,

Further to the interview you had with us, we are pleased to inform you that you have been
selected as Sales Executive at our store in South City, Kolkata and you will be placed in
Sales Department on the following terms and conditions.

 You may be transferred to any other location within the region or anywhere in India,
if circumstances so necessitate to continue services on the same terms and
conditions.
 Your total compensation and benefits will be as per the enclosure (Annexure 1).
 You will be on probation for a period of six months on your joining the company.
Your confirmation is subject to our evaluation of your performance. If your
performance is satisfactory, you will receive a letter of confirmation at the end of the
confirmation process.
 You will be reporting to Regional Head.

At the time of joining, please submit the following documents:


 Copy of all mark sheets and certificates of your academic qualification.
 Proof of Identity (copy of Driving License or Passport, Aadhaar card & Pan card).
 2 Passport size photographs & bank account details.
 Your relieving letter, experience letter, a copy of your appointment letter from the
previous organization and last drawn salary slips (last 3 months).

Notice period / Resignation:

You can resign from the services of the company by giving a notice period of one month.
Any eligible leave cannot be adjusted towards the notice period. Notice period will have to
be served by you in the event of your resignation. Your immediate sponsor has the right to
waive off your service during the notice period, provided you agree to reimburse to the
company amount equivalent to your one month salary for the remaining number of days.
Notice period has to be served by all the employees.

The resignation letter has to be submitted to the Regional Head/Retail Manager through the
Store Manager, which in turn will have to be forwarded to the HR Department at

Pondicherry. The concerned Regional Head / Retail Manager have to authorize the
resignation letter specifying the date of relieving. Settlement will be drawn only on receipt of
the resignation letter along with the No Due Form from respective Regional Head/Retail
Manager. You are accountable for the shortages in the store which will be deducted during
the full and final settlement.

Rules and regulations:

You will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Employee Agreement, Staff
Regulations and Rules as applicable to the employees of your category from time to time.

The benefits stated above may be withdrawn, changed or modified by the Management at its sole discretion, from time to
time and will be notified to you as per the company policy. CTC is inclusive of all benefits and statutory compliances.
