    We are delighted to extend you this offer of employment with us in      for
    the position of Associate, BPO TEAM LEADER (NON-VOICE)

    , . However, it is expressly
    understood that your services are transferable to any of our affiliated companies either outside or
    within India at the sole discretion of the company or such other place(s) whether existing now or in
    future as may be determined from time to time by the company. You can also be deputed or seconded
    to any of our affiliated companies.

    The terMr and conditions of the offer are as below;

    1. This offer is conditional and subject to your clearance of the required Documents (mentioned in
    Point 5) and the Reference Check.

    2. The term of your employment shall be valid for a period of 1 year starting from 27-oct-2020 till
    25-oct-2021 notwithstanding this, in the event of the project/work/deputation for which you are
    being employed terminates before the aforementioned period this Contract shall be coterminus
    with the project/work.

    3. This contract shall be terminable by either party giving 07 (Seven) days’ notice in writing or
    salary in lieu of notice, to the other party.

    4. Your Compensation would be as per Annexure – I.

    5. Please submit the following at the time of your joining, failing which your offer letter stands
    cancelled.

    • All educational qualification certificates & mark sheets.


    • Four passport size coloured photograph.
    • Last 3 month’s payslip or bank statement copy in case salary slip not available.
    • Appointment letter of last employer and Relieving Letter of last employer.
    • All experience certificate, as mentioned on the CV at the time of applying for the position.
    • Copy of Proof of Address and Proof of Identity (Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Driving License /
    Voter’s ID card / Aadhaar Card / Passport). Aadhar card is mandated
    Medical Certificate (Blood Group).
    • Copy of PAN Card Aadhar card
    • Printed Name on cancelled Cheque leaf / Bank Passbook / Bank statement verified by bank.
