JACOBS’ SOLE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY IS LIMITED TO THE OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH
HEREIN, AND JACOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
