MANAGEMENT PROFILE

Mr. S. Vasudevan, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director

Vasu , has been instrumental in building the brand with his ability to identify emerging
real estate opportunities. He has a wide range of experience from designing and
development of apartments to commercial assets. Prior to starting Ozone, he was heading
Tuscan Ventures which has delivered over 2 Lakh sft of residential development. He is an
Architect with experience of over two decades in property design and development. A
Member of Council of Architecture, India; Licensed Architect, BBMP- Karnataka and the
Honorary Consul Of Mongolia for the State of Karnataka, he is well respected and
recognized in the real estate circle.

Mr. Srinivasan Gopalan, Chief Executive Officer

Srinivasan is a Cost Accountant (ICWA) and Chartered Accountant. He has over 20 years
experience in Audit, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, Funds raising, Regulatory
Compliances. He has worked in different organizations such as Deloitte, Gharda
Chemicals, ROW2Technologies. He was COO + CFO with The Wadhwa Group. Corporate
Strategies & Policies, Business Development, Structuring Deals and Performance
Management are some of his expertise outside Finance.
