Special Ice Candy not only you are relaxing on a hot day you are also having the best
ice candy of your life. Not only Dilaw’s Ice candy can be eaten as a dessert you can
also eat it as a snack, but for more fun you can also melt it and sip that sweet
delightful flavor of Dilaw’s Ice candy. Our team have created an ice candy far beyond
those same old ice pops and out team have put some secret ingredients that we tasted
on our own.
Since It’s getting hot and the breeze is getting warmer our team took the opportunity
to make something that is perfect for this upcoming season. Summer is what they say
“The most fun season of all time”, and we agreed on that but what’s not fun is too
much heat, and that is why we Dilaw’s Special Ice Candy team made ourselves an
opportunity to sell and make a product that no one would be thinking to sell to people
in a private place.
Our Ice candy is made in pure chocolate with a little bit of evaporated milk and a
dab of sugar, but most importantly our special ingredient made our product more
flavorful and tasty.
B. Business Goals: Mission, Vision, Objectives and Performance Targets
The Mission of Dilaw’s Ice Candy is to provide service and to bring back the
taste of ice candy in their mouths. Also to sell 40 pieces of ice candy per batch and
to make a profit.
The Vision of Dilaw’s Ice Candy is to sell our product and to make the customers
satisfied, also to serve happiness to them through our ice candies.
The main Objective of this business is to bring back the taste and their
memories with ice candy, especially to someone who has a lot of memories with
it. Also to make a little profit, so we can make new batch of ice candy and to
continue selling this product by the little profit that we made.
TARGET AUDIENCE
We plan to sell our product to everyone because our product is not only tasty but also
relaxing and we are also selling for a very affordable price.
COMPETITION
We are prepared to every kind of competition because our product is very flexible, We
can change its flavour and even lower our prices when needed to.
RISK AND OPPORTUNITY
In this business we need to have what is on the trend, and because trends are short-
lived, we have to adjust our product almost every 3 weeks.
