Release Waiver and Quitclaim Settlement
RELEASE WAIVER, QUITCLAIM, AND
COMPROMISE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, Name, of legal age, residing at Address, do by these presents, depose and say that:
1. In consideration of the amount _____________________________________, I voluntarily agree to this
compromise settlement for all and any money claims relative to my employment with the company.
2. I do hereby quitclaim, release, discharge and waive any and all actions of whatever nature, expected,
real or apparent, which I may have against COMPANY NAME, its officers, employees, agents and
clients by reason of or arising from my employment with the company.
3. I will institute no action, whether civil, criminal, labor or administrative against COMPANY NAME, its
officers, employees, agents and clients.
4. Any and all actions which I may have commenced either solely in my name or jointly with others before
any office, board, bureau, court, labor arbitration, or tribunal against COMPANY NAME, its officers,
employees, agents and clients are hereby deemed and considered voluntary withdrawn by me and I will
no longer continue to pursue said action(s).
5. I agree not to make any statements, written or verbal, or cause or encourage others to make any
statements, written or verbal, that defame, disparage or in any way criticize the personal or business
reputation, practices, or conduct of COMPANY NAME, its employees, directors, and officers. I
acknowledge and agree that this prohibition extends to statements, written or verbal, made to anyone,
including but not limited to, the news media, investors, potential investors, any board of directors or
advisory board or directors, industry analysts, competitors, strategic partners, vendors, employees
(past and present), and clients.
I declare that I have read this document and have fully understood its contents. I further declare that I
voluntarily and willingly executed this Release, Waiver, Quitclaim and Compromise Settlement with full
knowledge of my rights under the law.
