    AFFIDAVIT OF BEING SINGLE

    I, MELVIN G. PINANGGA, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident


    of Bunot, Paracelis, Mountain Province after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

    That I am applying in the Military Service as trainee in


    the Philippine Army;

    That I was born on May 14, 1996 and one of the children
    of spouses Fernando Pinangga and Julia Pinangga;

    That I am still single, as I have never contracted any


    marriage with another person up to the present;

    That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of


    the above-statement for whatever legal purposes that this
    affidavit it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 4th day of


    October, 2019 at Zamboanga City.
