    AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

    The aim of our study is to critically review the capacity planning of a bank branch
    located in suburbs of Karachi.

    Our motive is to provide our customers the best services and to ease them in every
    single way by giving them what they want.

    The objectives of our study are as follows:

     Increase of authorized capital, raising size of own capital.


     Forecasting capacity needs.
     Identify alternative ways to modify capacity.
     Evaluating financial,economical and technological capacity alternatives through
    strategic planning.
     Determine the unit of work.
     To help in development and industrialization of the country.
     To provide loan and advances to help out in self employment schemes.
     Determine service level requirements.
     To analyze the basic needs of our customers.
     To provide the best and give preference to our customers.

    By our long term and effective planning we will mark the excellence point and will
    achieve the goals.Capacity planning plays a vital role in our organization because it gives
    us a path and also helps us in achieving our objectives.We are planning to set a mark
    and market our organization in suburb area in order to facilitate the customers.We will
    invigorate our employees and by working in a team the organization will definitely
    achieve its objectives.
