1 1/2 oz. Square One Organic Vodka 1 1/2 oz. Square One Botanical
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. Aperol 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 thyme sprig 1/4 oz. simple syrup or agave nectar
2 – 3 oz. Blood Orange Italian Soda (chilled) club soda
1 thyme sprig for garnish cherry and/or an orange slice for garnish
Slap thyme sprig and drop into cocktail shaker. Add Combine all, except soda, in a mixing glass with
all other ingredients, except soda, and shake briefly ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top

3 oz. San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa 1/4 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup

Build over ice in a tall glass and stir briefly while 1/2 barspoon of Dirty Sue olive juice or 3 drops of
adding soda to combine. Garnish with a big basil Worcestershire sauce
leaf and a slice of orange or blood orange. Cherry tomato, basil leaf, and mini mozzarella ball
garnish.
Capri Fizz
If using fresh tomatoes, muddle in mixing cup until
1 1/2 oz. Square One Basil pureed. Combine all other ingredients and shake
3/4 oz. blood orange liqueur with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
1/2 oz. orange juice – preferably blood orange Garnish with a “Caprese Pick” – skewered cherry
1/2 oz. lemon juice tomato, basil leaf and mini mozzarella ball.

Italian Lemon Drop Prosecco

2 oz. Square One Basil
1/4 oz. Galliano, Strega or Aperol Liqueur Combine all ingredients, except Prosecco, in a
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice mixing glass filled with ice. Shake briefly and strain
1/2 oz. simple syrup or agave nectar into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco, lemon

1/2 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 2 oz. Square One Botanical
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice 1 oz. Punt e Mes
1/2 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup 1 oz. pomegranate juice
1 oz. pomegranate juice
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail
Combine all in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and glass or coupe and serve with an orange peel or
strain into a cocktail glass and a garnish with pomegranate garnish. Alternatively, try as a long
candied cherry. drink with ice and a little soda.
