• Scaled up $200M MC (Management Consulting) Practice and Growth and Strategy of overall $800M business in
APAC (Asia Pacific).
• Started and built the Accenture Health and Government India Practice into a $100M Business from scratch over 4
years (Management consulting, SI and Outsourcing).
• Worked on 10 MMP (Mission Mode Programs – NeGP), in consulting and technology engagements.
In India
UIDA – Aadhar — Led the deal from the inception of the project:
• Deal Shaped the $800M deal for the Master Service Provider program.
• Initiated series of meetings with Accenture Global Chairman Pierre Nanterre, COO, & UIDA Chairman Nandan
Nilekani.
• Strategized and implemented the Technology Framework & BSP (Bio Metric Service Provider) technology for
UIDA and its rollout across Indian states.
• UIDA – PMO Monitoring for numerous states in India.
India Post — Led the largest consulting deal for Accenture in India of an approx. US$ one billion-dollar transformation
program for Dept. of Post., India, which is one of largest national program in the world.
• Led, Deal Shaped, and oversaw mega transformation program — reengineered the process to deliver significant
improvement in all areas, changed initiatives, organization strategy, technology improvement with 9 RFP’s -
implementing core SI and core banking solutions and creating the largest networking solution in India.
• Conceived the idea to roll out the Rural Transformation Story, a distinctively innovative part of the program and
outlined the Human Capital Management Strategy as part of the large consulting program, leading the program
management unit, working closely with the Ministry & the Secretary of Post.
Other Key Government programs
FAB Strategy — Working closely with DeiTY and Global Fab Business Leadership team to bring in $5 Billion in
investments to the country, and was evaluating the proposals for the bidders and Looked into policy of
North East Strategy — Rolled out a number of citizen services initiatives, initiated skill development joint venture, in
partnership with the Chief Minister of the State of Meghalaya. Capitalized on the first mover advantage in the region to
gain significant market share in the North-Eastern states of India, and rolled out a number of citizen services programs.
Worked on 10 MMP programs like e-District, Police Transformation, Health Care, Education, Tax
RFP Templates — Worked closely with Deity and conceived and implemented model Request for Proposal Templates
to align the landscape into international procurement standards, will enable to get higher quality bids.
Tourism Strategy — Worked on various proposals GoI, from learnings from the Malaysian and Japanese engagements.
Health Care Strategy for India — Developed a market entry strategy for a European health care firm to enter into
India:
• Developed a national health care strategy for NISG – Govt. of India & chaired numerous sessions at FCCI Health.
Commercial Tax — Data Warehouse Program funded by The World Bank; also engaged in Commercial Tax and
Finance consulting deals with Tamil Nadu Government.

Japan Experience -
Strong experience of working with clients like Toyota, NEC, Panasonic, Japan Post and METI for over a decade in strategy,
technology, and market entry to India for multiple Japanese conglomerates; and with government and the IT Minister of Japan
and Ministry of Economic Trade and Industries
• Worked with Japanese investors and VC’s & frequent speaker (the only Foreign Speaker from outside Japan) at

Working with the Singapore Govt. in Defense, Entertainment, Education and Health, (namely Ministry of Defense, Ministry
of Finance, Singapore Management University, National Healthcare Group), Krishna jointly created the Unique Innovation
Centre with SMU-SIS in Singapore.

Led the Business Development and Delivery teams. Successfully built emerging business markets in Vietnam, India, Brunei,
and Sri Lanka. Public sector that was built from the basics in the region, managed to spread wings to the educational sector
with the closure of a significant deal with Singapore Management University.

• Public sector practice record over 4 years, YoY Profitable growth: 955% in Signings and Revenue growth 116%.
• Developed Client relationship at senior levels at MINDEF. Consistently sold and delivered 6 engagements in MINDEF
worth of 400 million dollars in 6 years in Business and Technology transformation. All were won against Accenture.

• Engagement Partner for multi-million dollar engagements in MINDEF, Strategic Sourcing Consulting, Supply Chain
Strategy/ BPR logistics transformation, Organizational and Change Strategy, SAP ERP implementation and Ariba e-
