The department Loading Technology was founded in 1987 and started with the
repairs and overhaul of marine loading arms. Nowadays the department
designs and builds custom loading and unloading installations for clients all
over the world.

LOADING ARMS
 With a wide variety of options and dimensions available,
the marine loading arm is one of the most flexible
solutions when it comes to loading and unloading barges
and vessels.
 When one chooses a hydraulically driven version, the
marine loading arm can also be provided with the so-
called ERC (Emergency Release Coupler) for a safe and
ecologically sound disconnection of the ship when an
emergency occurs.

Our hosetowers are based on the customer’s operational requirement,
we therefore design each specific application in a customer-focused way.

HOSETOWERS
The invention of the hosetower by J. de
Jonge in 1982 resulted in a worldwide
application of many hundreds hose loading
arms for a wide range of purposes.

A GOOD ALTERNATIVE
A hosetower is a good alternative compared to the
traditional maritime loading arm if you have to load
or unload vessels with multiple products.

MAIN ADVANTAGES
They are quicker turnarounds in port for the ship and
the saving of space on the docks. The latest generation
of “Multi Purpose” tankers and new logistic streams
with a wide variety of products to be pumped, require a
smart way to handle these products in the shortest time
possible. Also our hosetowers increase safety,
reliability and comfort during loading and unloading of
liquid bulk vessels!

COMPOSITE PETRO-CHEMICAL HOSE

For use in petroleum, chemical and oil transfer,
petrochemical vapor recovery, all loading arms in bottom
loading operations, as well as tank truck delivery.

The lightweight flexible liquid transfer and bottom loading

composite hose offer optimum chemical resistance to
aggressive media and available with externally crimped dry
seal fittings in diameters from 1" to 10".

TANK TRUCK HOSE

Nitrile tube designed for use with oil, gasoline and other
petroleum products.

Ideal for pressure, gravity flow or suction service from

tank trucks, tank cars or bulk plants. Steel wire helix is
spiraled between multiple plies of tire cord to reinforce
hose to resist crushing and kinking.
