    I certify that I have inspected the premises, the plans of which have been approved by the Joint
    Director ( Industrial Safety and Health) in his
    Letter No. – PLN/542-98/SVT/SMK/17267/1998 Dated 08/12/98
    Letter No. – PLN/574-03/SHS/RRW/8068/03 Dated 09/12/03 and
    Letter No. – PLN/25/08/VLJ/SMK/785 Dated 05/03/08
    And examined the various parts including foundation of the building excluding inside pit
    installed and intended.

    I am of the opinion that all the works of the engineering construction in the premises is / are
    structurally sound and that its / their stability will not be endangered by its / their use as a office
    for workers and staff for which the plant etc. installed are intended.
