    iv. Personal goal in immersion venue

    Work immersion is one of the course requirements for us a students to acquire and develop our

    professional growth. A senior high school student has to undergo work immersion in an industry that

    relates to the students past secondary goal. To prepare us to meet the needs and challenges of

    employment.

    During the work immersion, SHS students would be able to apply the skills they’ve learned in

    schools, familiarize themselves in the work place, and develop abilities which can be useful in our future

    employment.

    My first goal, to improve and build new skills. Practicing wise time management and develop our

    skills that are significant to our future career. Second, to develop my communication skills. Because

    communication with different types of people is very important especially when negotiating with my

    future colleagues and co- workers.

    The immersion program aims to provide relevant learning experiences by giving us first- hand

    exposure to the actual workplace setting. It is likewise a venue for us to learn more about our chosen

    fields and decide on a burse that we would like to pursue.
