Ancient Charge
From ancient time no master or fellow would be absent from this lodge when summoned to appear without
incurring a severe censure, unless it appears to the Master and the Wardens that pure necessity hindered him.
Please carry your copy of summons to the meeting, a good dress discipline is also a part of Masonic Etiquette &
Culture. Officers unable to attend should inform the D.O.C. or Worshipful Master in advance so necessary
arrangements are made.

Dress Code: Dinner Jacket, Closed Collar Black Suit or Dark Lounge Suit, Safari Suit not permitted

2) Salutations to the W. Master.
3) To read the summons convening the meeting.
4) i)To circulate, read, confirm and sign the minutes of the Meeting held on the 26th Oct 2019.

Brother Treasurer will raise invoices on individuals for the lodge Fees for the year 2018-19 and shall
send by email. In case of arrears Brethren are requested to please clear the Lodge dues for the year
2017 -18 at the earliest, according to the revised fees passed in Oct 2016.
